We were tasked with creating a unified careers experience for Ivy Health that could serve clinicians, students and early-career talent, and corporate and support candidates across a growing national network. The site brings distinct career paths, benefits, culture, growth opportunities, locations, and active roles into one clear system while retaining the warmth and people-first character of the Ivy brand.
A key challenge was balancing a rich, editorial employer-brand story with a practical high-volume job search. I translated the design into a responsive WordPress experience, building reusable page components and integrating dynamic Appcast job listings, location search, and career-area filtering. Careful attention to hierarchy, accessibility, interaction, and performance keeps the experience intuitive across desktop, tablet, and mobile and helps candidates move quickly from discovery to the right opportunity.
